From Pam: Teaching for me is about the whole rider.  Some riders come to horses with challanges that they can either leave at the barn door or have a horse help them with, some children have innocent lives which they can share with horses.  Horses provide an way for children to reach outside themselves, to connect with animals and with natrure in an uncritical enviroment. 

Unicorn Ranch offers basic horse riding lessons both English, Western, and contining work in: Arena Trails/obstacel work,  Dressage, intro to jump;  additionally we offer ground work, and meditative and grounded mounted and unounted practises.  We accept adults as well as children.  We have a school horse available and will travel to local barns. We are situated just off of Arapahoe rd, Lafayette, CO, between 95th str and hwy 287--near Niwot, Erie, South Boulder, Longmont and Firestone.  Kids lessons start at $40 per lesson and adults at $50.  All lessons are private (individual) lessons.  Our prices include horse use.
